6. Risk and Title
Title (ownership) of the products transfers to you upon delivery (or once the courier marks it as delivered).
Risk (damage, loss) also passes to you at that point.
Until delivery, we remain the owner of the goods.

8. Customer Obligations
You agree to give accurate, complete, and true billing, contact, and delivery information.
You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept delivery, or for making alternative arrangements.
You must notify us of defects or damage within the prescribed timeframe.

All content, logos, images, trademarks, and designs on our site are owned or licensed by us.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without our permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the products or site.
Our liability for any direct damage is limited to the purchase price of the affected products.
