At Help Us Eat (HUE), our purpose is simple yet powerful — to make nutritious, affordable food accessible to every South African, while using the profits to “Feed the Need” of those who cannot afford it.

We believe that no child should go to bed hungry, no widow should face another night without a meal, and no elderly person should be forgotten.
That’s why HUE was created — not just as a charity, but as a sustainable movement that blends business and compassion.

Where most organisations rely solely on donations, HUE builds self-sustainability through sales of Food Sock meals — healthy, convenient, and affordable food packs designed to feed families with dignity. Every purchase fuels a greater purpose: helping us feed the need in struggling communities across South Africa.
